Not gonna lie, I loved this game, the story was very interesting, and the environment was beautiful in a haunting way. I do wonder what that golden fluid was, and what was different between what they were mining and what other people in the rest of the galaxy/universe were using.
An alien environment of sand with strange plants growing and giant doll bones lying around. It was bright but very eerie.
It was interesting to examine the objects and get information from them in fragments, which added to its strangeness.
The yellow mysterious liquid scary, meow~.
The visuals are beautiful, the story is interesting, the environment is engaging and interesting - however the ending feels a little lackluster, like we're meant to do more, but we are ultimately left to wander. Maybe that was purposeful! I think I would have liked to see voice acting and static environments as scenes leading up to where the game starts, and perhaps also some kind of ending that is a little more definitive when you leave the HQ building. As-is, I'm left more curious than satisfied.
Great game. I love the art, the atmosphere, and the story. It was all so cool. My only complaint is that the story kind of abruptly ends with no satisfying conclusion and it leaves out some details. What is the substance, what happened to the people that drank it (both the prisoners and the ones the prisoners shipped it to), and what was up with the giant skeletons? I would love to find out more about this story.
