This is a very original approach to a short psychological horror game! I definitely think you’re onto something here Devs. Obviously, this was a short little game, but this idea could totally be expanded to a much larger game with significantly more depth. Great job overall, I had lots of fun. You also reminded me why I hate fishing 😂 Keep up the great work! 👏

Congrats dev, you have made fishing terrifying lol. This game was a lot of fun to play, and it's a shame my OBS crashed while recording. My first reaction to fishing up the stingray was gold. Loved the fishing mechanic as well, wasn't too difficult, but wasn't overly simple either. Amazing job!
Gave it a Let's Play, was comically becoming a bit too prophetic with my jokes I think. Was short, bit cliched when compared to other fishing horrors but still well presented.
6/10 honestly i expected something better than this... i mean, it's not bad but it lack of spice. I'd like to see maybe a trace of a story or maybe something you can speculate on. The ending message does say everything and nothing at the same time and it's a little bit "off" the gameplay... it's a shame cause this game have potential. Thank you. <|:^/3

hey man! i know you had commented for me to give this game a try for my channel and overall its a pretty cool game! but that fishing mechanic made me go bat sh!t bananas LMAO!!
It's a very interesting concept. I was half expecting some kind of Cthulu-esque monster to be dragged out of the depths. The downside is, the game is a bit buggy and the controls are rather awkward. It's also very difficult to catch the "fish" when they are flailing about and the bar runs out quickly. Other than that, it's good. I like it.

The game is Lovecraft-inspired, tho I (as the art director) tried to go for a more creepy alone at sea slowly descending into madness kinda feel thats very present in Lovecrafts work (instead of the eldrich monsters lurking in deep waters part of his work) as for the controls - were aware the controls are a little akward, but the game was made as a challenge in 2 weeks so we feel it would be wrong to go back in and fix stuff. thank you for your feedback!

fishing is deadass too hard bruh ive been playing this game for hours and i cant get any fish after the lamprey looking thing
Pretty fun short experience, fishing was pretty tough towards the end! I like these short contained stories and look forward to more :)

yeah! mostly inspired by hp lovecraft books but iron lung was definitely a part of the inspiration :)

I loved the creepy ambience and atmosphere and the mystery that I tried to work out with each catch and how things changed as catches were made.
